Where should I go with my novel?

So, it's about this couple. They are married, and when the husband wants kids, they find out she cannot bare children. He is angry, and takes it on her. And from being pushed off these balcony, and breaking a lot of her bones- She's had enough. So she leaves. I'm stuck there. Help? Thankyou
