What does this dream mean?

It was more like a nightmare. I was in someone's house that was unknown. I don't remember much but I was walking around and I saw some people walking around but their faces were demon - like. I can't exactly say what it looked like because it was so complex. Their faces were scratched out and they would stare at me with huge scary eyes. I then started to run down the stairs because I was so terrified. As I started running down their was one of those monsters on the staircase. It just stared at me as I ran by. But I felt it right near me. I ran out and across this parking lot to a hospital. I told the person at the desk that I was seeing things that a normal person shouldn't see. They sat me on a hospital bed and I was diagnosed being a Paranoid Schizo. As a nurse was taking me up the elevator in a bed, her face started morphing into a demons. I started panicking and she was trying to calm me down. Thats all I remember. What does this mean?
