Simple lamb dishes to make?

I want to make my boyfriend dinner, :) I'm 14 so if you could keep it pretty easy to understand it'd be great. I definatley want the dish to involve lamb, something like a lamb chop dish sounds good. Any ideas? Thanks! :D <3
