Shooting Star/Red Nova Deck?

You want to make a axcel deck? your build is ok, but have you tried the monarch frog version? my friend plays it and he can get it out quite regularly. if u want to know the deck list i could message it to you, u have most of the cards anyway so it wudnt hurt to try it out. if not id say take out shallow grave. giving them a monster is just one more thiing youre monarchs have to get rid of
