Rate/Fix My Dragunity/ Royal Decree Deck?

So I'm no expert on this deck type, however my friend runs these religiously o I have an idea on how to build them. I personally wouldn't run that many Misteltainns. One MAYBE two at best but not three. And Since you aren't really running any big dragons, I wouldn't run Darkness Metal. You also need to put more monsters in since you're running Ravine. With more spells/traps than monsters, Ravine might end up being useless pretty quickly. My friend runs Alector, Sovereign of Birds which comes in handy a lot of the time. Also another potential idea is running this with some blackwing cards like Ghibli since he blocks direct attacks. Another idea, don't run tyrant's temper. It's a good card and all, but I think that Dragunities are mostly based on individual hard hitters so tributing a monster can be a steep cost sometimes. And lastly...if you have a Thunder King Rai-Oh try it out. It may not work super great, but it is pretty good nonetheless =).
