Might have Swollen Lymph nodes or Cancer! HELP!?

two days ago I woke up with a long bump near my collar bone. It was red but not too inflamed. I thought my cat scratched me. It hurts a little when I touch it. Now this morning I noticed I have one on my neck and that one is not red but is deeper in the skin kinda. It hurts when I look left and right! What can it be!! Can it be a tumor!!!! please help
