It looks like theres a bone sticking out in my nostril after rhinoplasty?

I just had rhinoplasty June 29th And like today was I was cleaning the gauze i usually take a qtip wet it with water and clean slightly around inside the nostril but not in deep in like literally right at it and there is liiterally this not even that thin piece of white that feels hard but doesnt hurt at all and he told me thre was no packing and i just noticed it now I have no clue what it is it sounds silly to say that its a bone but i honestly have no clue at this point and i cant stop crying of depression about it and my tip is starting to turn purple.
