Good books for teens/young adults?

I'm 18 if it matters... I haven't read a book in so long because of school. And now I'm finally done! But I love books by Sarah Dessen, Wally Lamb, and Nicholas Sparks. So any suggestions? I'm open to any genre. Thanks. :)
